We ask about your property type, floor, elevator access, existing machines, and what hookups you have. This is how we make sure the right equipment and the right crew show up.
Checkout runs on Stripe. You pay the first month plus any one-time delivery and installation charge, and your monthly subscription starts automatically.
Our team contacts you to confirm the date and arrival window, then delivers the machines and connects them to your existing hookups.

We bring the machines, connect them to your existing hookups, and test them before we leave. You do not need a truck, a dolly, or a friend who owes you a favour.
Report a problem in a couple of minutes and track it through to resolution. Service coverage is defined by your rental agreement, not by a call-centre script.
Renting suits a lease that might end, a home you are selling, or a unit between tenants. Give the notice set out in your agreement and we collect the equipment.
Old bungalows with 3-prong dryer outlets, downtown high-rises with reserved elevators, and new-build homes with gas stubs — we ask the right questions before we load the truck.
We do not pull your credit. You need a valid payment method and an address inside our service area.

The rental terms, the notice period, and what each package costs are published on this site before you pay anything. Nothing is buried in a phone call.
Checkout and billing run on Stripe. Card details go directly to Stripe and are never stored on our systems. You manage your payment method in Stripe’s own secure portal.
Delivery, service, and pickup dates you choose are requests. We confirm each one with you directly, so you are never left assuming a truck is coming.
We are a local operation serving the Austin area. Our address and phone number are at the bottom of every page, and a person answers.
Questions
You choose an equipment package on this site, tell us about your laundry hookups, and pay the first month plus any one-time charges through Stripe. We then contact you to confirm a delivery date, bring the machines, and install them on your existing hookups. After that you are billed the same monthly amount automatically until you give notice to end the rental.
No. We do not run a credit check to start a rental. You do need a valid payment method that we can bill each month, and a delivery address inside our service area.
You pick a preferred date and a second-choice date during booking. Those are requests, not confirmations — we contact you afterwards to confirm an actual date and an arrival window based on our route schedule and equipment availability.
Sign in to your account and submit a service request describing the problem. We review it, contact you, and schedule a service visit. What is covered, and any charges that may apply, is set out in your rental agreement.
Sign in and use the "End a rental" page to give notice. You choose a requested end date and a pickup date, both on or after the earliest date allowed by the notice period in your rental agreement. Submitting the form is a request: we confirm the effective end date and the pickup window, and billing continues according to your agreement until that confirmed date.
