Before you book

You need roughly 60 inches of width, 32 inches of depth, and 6 inches of clearance behind the machines for hoses and the vent duct.
The washer needs hot and cold water connections, a drain, and a standard grounded 120V outlet.
The electric dryer needs a dedicated 240V dryer outlet — either a 4-prong NEMA 14-30 or an older 3-prong NEMA 10-30. Tell us which you have, or say you are unsure and we will confirm it before delivery.
The dryer is vented, so an existing vent duct to the outside is required. We do not cut new vent openings.
Measure the doorway and any turns on the route to the laundry area, not just the laundry area itself.
If you have existing machines that need to be moved out of the way, say so during booking so we send the right crew.

Questions about this equipment

Do the washer and dryer have to be installed side by side?

A matched set is designed to sit side by side, which needs roughly 60 inches of width. If your laundry area is narrower than that, a stacked laundry center is usually the better fit.

Can I get a gas dryer with the set?

The standard set includes an electric dryer. If your laundry area has a gas connection and you would prefer a gas dryer, rent the washer on its own and add the gas dryer separately, or contact us and we will arrange it.

What if I already own one of the two machines?

Rent just the piece you need. We offer the washer on its own and the dryer on its own at their own monthly rates.
