How it works
Six steps, start to finish. Nothing here is a surprise later — the prices, the notice period and the service process are all set out before you pay anything.
The rental process step by step
Choose your equipment
Pick a washer, a dryer, a matched set, or a stacked laundry center. Every package lists its monthly price, electrical or gas requirements, and the space it needs.
- Compare packages side by side on the rentals page.
- Check the space and hookup requirements against your laundry area before you book.
- Not sure what fits? Send us your measurements and we will tell you.
Tell us about your space
We ask about your property type, floor, elevator access, existing machines, and what hookups you have. This is how we make sure the right equipment and the right crew show up.
- Confirm your ZIP code is in our service area.
- Tell us your dryer outlet type, or say you are unsure and we will verify it.
- Pick a preferred and a second-choice delivery date.
Pay the first month securely
Checkout runs on Stripe. You pay the first month plus any one-time delivery and installation charge, and your monthly subscription starts automatically.
- Card details go straight to Stripe — they never touch our servers.
- The amount due today and the recurring monthly amount are both shown before you pay.
- You get an emailed receipt and a rental reference number.
We deliver and install
Our team contacts you to confirm the date and arrival window, then delivers the machines and connects them to your existing hookups.
- Requested dates are confirmed by our team, not automatically.
- We test the machines before we leave.
- Your rental becomes active once the equipment is installed.
Get support while you rent
If something goes wrong, submit a service request from your account. We review it, contact you, and schedule a visit under the terms of your rental agreement.
- Track open requests and their status in your account.
- Update your payment method or download invoices any time.
- Flag safety issues — leaks, burning smells, gas odour — and we prioritise them.
End the rental when you are ready
Give notice through your account. Choose an end date and a pickup date on or after the earliest permitted date, and we confirm the pickup window with you.
- The notice period is set out in your rental agreement.
- Billing continues until the confirmed effective end date.
- We collect the equipment — you do not need to move it or return it anywhere.
Things worth being clear about
Requested dates are requests
Delivery, service and pickup dates you pick during booking are requests. Our team confirms each one with you before a truck is dispatched, so you are never left assuming an appointment exists.
Billing is recurring and automatic
When you check out you authorise a recurring monthly charge to your saved payment method. It continues until the rental ends. You can change your card, review charges and download invoices from your account at any time.
Ending a rental needs 30 days' notice
Your rental agreement requires 30 calendar days' notice before the lease can end. Give notice from your account, choose a pickup date on or after the earliest permitted date, and we confirm the effective end date with you. Billing follows your agreement until that confirmed date.
Because ending a rental means collecting equipment and not just stopping a payment, cancellation is disabled in the Stripe billing portal.
Service coverage comes from your agreement
What service is included, and any charges that may apply, is defined in therental terms you accept at checkout — not by anything a marketing page says. Read them before you book.
