Before you book

  • You need about 28 inches of width, 30 inches of depth, and 6 inches of clearance behind the machine for the hoses.
  • Hot and cold water shutoff valves and a drain standpipe or laundry sink must already be in place.
  • A standard grounded 120V outlet within about 4 feet of the machine is required. We do not add outlets.
  • If your existing washer is still connected, tell us during booking so we can plan to move it out of the way.
  • Second-floor and upstairs laundry rooms are fine — note the floor and stair count when you book.

Questions about this equipment

Will the washer work with my existing dryer?

Yes. The washer connects to its own water hookups and its own outlet, so it does not interact with your dryer at all beyond sitting next to it. Just make sure there is room for both.

Do I need a floor drain?

No, but you do need a standpipe or laundry sink for the drain hose to empty into. Most laundry areas have one. If yours does not, contact us before booking.

Is it a top-load or a front-load washer?

Our standard rental washer is a full-size top-load machine. If you specifically need a front-load washer, contact us and we will tell you what we have available.
